My new book will be released this week. Here’s a taste of what’s between the covers.
This book contains five stories about love and murder.
Bradley Deputer knows his marriage to Sara isn’t perfect, but he has no idea how bad things are until he receives an anonymous voice mail accusing his wife of infidelity. At first he refuses to believe it, but once the seed of doubt is planted, Bradley’s jealous nature will not allow him to rest until the truth is revealed.
Unfortunately, the truth is worse than he suspected, and equal amounts of jealousy, fear and frustration lead him into doing something unthinkable. Once the plan is set in motion, his pain and pride won’t allow him to turn back until it’s too late and he is consumed with remorse—and then the unexpected happens.
Loves Me Not
Writer Jonathan Hardin and his wife Grace leave the hustle and bustle of New York City to live in a small, solitary farmhouse in Upstate New York, but the last thing they expect is to be involved in small-town gossip and scandal.
When the local librarian is found dead and Jon becomes the prime suspect, their lives are turned upside down. Grace is left to wonder if their marriage will survive the accusations and the ramifications of her husband’s legal turmoil. But most of all the question haunts her: is Jon guilty?
Words to a Kill
After her car accident, Lucy begins acting like a lunatic—or at least that’s what her husband Sonny thinks. She is harshly critical of his driving and screaming obscenities at him and at passing drivers whenever she thinks they are driving poorly.
When Sonny’s brother Marco comes up with an unconventional idea for straightening Lucy out, Sonny is desperate enough to try something even as crazy as this.
Surprisingly, everything goes as planned, but the result is not what Sonny imagined.
